We convert your old rusted broken basement windows into bright, modern easy gliding EverLast Basement Windows.  Windows are an important element in a basement.  Some natural light really makes a difference in the underground space.  Our customer in Cleveland, MN are very happy with the added look to their lake home. 

When the owners of this lake home in Cleveland, MN, began noticing increased humidity, musty odors, worsening allergy symptoms, and even signs of mold, they knew something wasn't right. Having owned the home for many years and rarely entering the crawlspace, they had no idea just how severe the problem had become. After meeting with one of our System Design Specialists, they discovered that excess moisture, structural concerns, and poor air quality were all originating from the crawlspace below. They were eager to start the project and get this space fixed up.

Our installation team started by removing debris and cleaning out the crawlspace to create a fresh foundation for the project. We then installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal the space from moisture and outside air, along with SmartJack supports to provide structural reinforcement where it was needed. To control humidity and improve air quality throughout the home, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. A SmartPump with UltraSump 4 battery backup was added to provide reliable water removal even during power outages, and an IceGuard discharge fitting was installed to ensure proper drainage during Minnesota's harsh winters. The result is a clean, dry, healthy crawlspace that helps protect the home, improves indoor air quality, and gives the homeowners peace of mind for years to come.

These homeowners reached out to us about their damp old stone-walled basement. They met with our Design Specialist, Ronald to discuss their project. After discussing their options, we installed our CleanSpace Wall System to conceal the unsightly stone and prevent water vapor from seeping through. Following that, we installed our WaterGuard System, a perimeter piping system designed to capture and redirect water away discreetly. To complete their project, we included our UltraSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. With this complete system in place, they are now able to utilize their basement confidently instead of it being a burden.

Complete Basement Systems installs sump pump systems along with complete waterproofing systems for homeowners.  Our customer in Janesville, MN had a SumpSump Plus system installed in October 2016.  

We have an annual maintenance program to inspect and maintain the sump pump systems installed to ensure we find any potential problems before they find the customer.  The system is an investment and we just want to protect that investment. 

Post installation, your sump pump will run as needed and sometimes it may not run, but your sump pump motor sits in that dirty, mineral filled water potentially clogging breather holes and components inside to keep it from operating effectively.  

The service is recommended every 12-15 months.
