Delano homeowner had an old sump pump that was not only an eye sore, but wasn't working properly either. Open sump pumps cause many problems including health and safety hazards. Our customer had gotten water in the basement after a hard summer rain that occurred in Courtland in June 2013.  After getting a referral for the problem he was having, he contacted Complete Basement Systems for a FREE estimate.  Our installation team upgraded the old sump pump system with our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  The TripleSafe contains 3 pumps, one is a 1/3 hp motor, second is a 1/2 hp motor and the third is a battery operated back up system.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is sure to keep up with any amount of water running through the foundation and will keep working in the event of a power outage.   

Our customer's sump pump system was not the best system to prevent water from findings its way into the basement in the event of a heavy rain.  The problem with water had happened about 5-6 times in 3 years since living there.  The homeowners knew it was inevitable that this would happen again and needed better equipment.  Along with updating their sump pump system we also completed a full interior waterproofing solution.  WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along with the SuperSump Pump System to protect our customers basement. 

This Winsted, MN basement experienced some water near their existing sump pump system.  Their old system did not have a reliable pump, nor was it able to keep up with the capacity of water flowing in from their draintile.

Searching for a contractor that specialized in sump pump systems, they gave us a call!  We scheduled them with a free inspection to address the concerns they had with their sump pump and showed them options based on what they hoped to accomplish with their basement.

Already having a finished basement, they wanted a larger sump pump to handle the largest capacity possible.  This involved installing our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump system.  Pump 1 and Pump 2 can operate a total of 6,200 gallons per hour.  Our pumps are installed inside the liner on a clean pump stand and comes with a removable lid for easy inspection/service.  The lid is equipped with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak. 

The homeowners also have the option later to add a backup pumping system in the future.
