Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Here is a great before and after of just what we can do with a nasty crawlspace. Many people don't even think about how much mold & mildew they could be breathing in from their crawlspace let alone what sort of creatures might end up calling that space their home.

Scottie contacted us because he wanted to encapsulate his crawl space area. Our design specialist Ronald Schulz provided him with a plan to get the project done. He appreciated the fair price and how the presentation and education about our products were informative and easy to understand.  

Justin P. of Minneapolis found Complete Basement Systems online.  He was looking to get an estimate to insulate and fix up the crawl space in him home.  

Our System design specialist met with the homeowner to inspect the crawl space and basement of his home to see the best products that would accomplish his goals. 

The solution involved encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace Liner to seal off the dirt floor from the earth vapors that cause water transmission, odors and such.  We also installed a SmartDrain to collect any water flowing below the CleanSpace and Drainage Matting installed. 

This Minneapolis, MN crawl space had current exposed dirt floor in a rental property and was seeking a cost effective solution.  

Our system design specialist, Ryan Brenner, quickly came to evaluate the situation.  He concluded that the crawl space would need CleanSpace Liner along with CleanSpace Drainage Matting.  With a plan set, Ben Heldt and his crew began the installation process for this homeowner.

CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed on the dirt floor and CleanSpace Liner was installed on top of the matting.  This is now a clean brighter crawl space for this Minneapolis homeowner and can comfortably crawl around and make use of this space storing personal items along with adding value to the home. 

Ryan K. a new homeowner was concerned about mold problems in the crawl space underneath his home.  Seeking out for companies online, he found Complete Basement Systems specialized in basements and crawl spaces in the area. 

While we were initially called to address the crawl space, we always look for other areas of concern and ways we can better our customers homes and noticed his crawl space window was drafty and old looking. 

Showing our customer what we have to improve that window, he liked the all vinyl, maintenance free window by EverLast.  Our installation team also spray foamed along the window eliminating any potential drafts.
