The crew, Rodney, Josh, and Tony were timely and thorough in their work. They were able to handle unexpected issues. All of them were very pleasant and left our basement clean.

We have a multi-level house. Our lowest level is our basement. The initial work that was done in 2009 we were very pleased with. So of course we called again this year to do the second half. They crew hooked the current sump pump up with the WaterGuard system and other sump being installed. They also installed a white wall material (CleanSpace) over the block walls. This has all been 100% effective. No water in our basement since 2009. I also like the white walls now- very bright. In 2009, they suggested installing a second system in our family room, but we decided to wait. However, water kept coming in that room and we couldn't fix it with gradaing, so we called Complete again in May of this year. They came out right away because we were previous customers with them! They are awesome! Ryan, the sales rep, came on time, was very pleasant and knowledgable, and made great suggestions but was not pushy. He is the best! The work crew came on time as well, finished on time, was respectable, and protected our home as they did the work. The cleanup job was just as good.

My basement was ALWAYS wet. The system I had wasn't working. With the work that Complete Basement Systems did, so far my basement has stayed dry, even with the wet spring we had.
