When I moved into my house it had a system that installed by Complete Basement Systems. I had an issue with a tiny bit of water one time in my basement so I called them and after inspecting it they showed me how it was coming in a window so that was a simple solution of rerouting the outside gutters to go a different direction. Meanwhile, they noticed that the cement was slightly cracked in one place and that the cement in that spot was a bit uneven so they asked me if it would be OK for them to fix it and they did. That is nice service. Remember this was a job they had done years before. I also helped my neighbor get her house ready to sell so in preparation she decided she needed to get a system and hired Complete Basement Systems and again they did a great job with everything done on time.

Ben did a great job. He called before arriving and check with me before making a small adjustment to the plan. Great to work with, neat work, and very friendly
