Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Owatonna homeowners discovered a moisture and foundation problem when doing some remodeling in their basement. Block foundations are especially susceptible to bowing walls and moisture problems over time. If left untreated, this can cause structural damage to the home, as well as mold, mildew, and potential flooding. Luckily, the homeowners worked with System Design Specialist Rob Larson to design a system that solved all their problems, and helped them to be fully prepared to finish their basement with confidence!

Reese was recommended by a friend, has an early 60's basement, cement block, cracks in foundation, water when it rains and seepage through walls in basement.  They contacted us at Victor Barke's Complete Basement Systems and we came up with a solution for there problems. By installing our WaterGuard drain tile, SuperSump Plus & UltraSump 4 they don't have to worry about cleaning up the areas in her basement that she was having problems with.  With the addition of the CleanSpace Wall System it also improved the look of the walls in the basement!

Our Installation team installed a WaterGuard drainage system to collect all ground water that would seep up through the floor and wall joint.  As well we installed a wall barrier using CleanSpace Wall System to protect the walls from moisture, mold, etc.   We installed a new SuperSump Pump System to collect the water and will discharge outside away from her home.
