Homeowners in Chanhassen, MN noticed a perfectly straight crack on their unfinished foundation wall in their basement. Concerned about what they had seen, they did research online for companies specializing in foundation wall repair and scheduled a FREE estimate with Complete Basement Systems.
A representative determined after the inspection that the wall had movement which caused the crack in the foundation to appear. The foundation movement was caused by moisture and frost that interact with the soil around the home and when the soil expands it results in constant inward force on the foundation wall until it becomes so much pressure which is why the cracks and bowing happened.
The solution is simple. Our representative showed the homeowners our interior fix using the PowerBrace System. The zinc plated system is installed to support and stabilize the foundation wall from not incurring any further movement and with minimal maintenance can potentially straighten the wall back into place.

Our customer in Chanhassen has a nicely finished basement and had a sump pump system as old as the home of 14 years and failed on them when a substantial amount of rain fell in the area in 2014.
When you have a finished basement, you want to keep it that way. After showing our customer the TripleSafe Sump Pump System and its capabilities and capacity it provides, that's all they needed to hear and it was exactly what they were looking for.
The TripleSafe is the most reliable pumping system keeping your basement dry with triple the protection. It features a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery operated back up pump. Should one pump fail and any given time, a secondary pump with begin working or if the capacity reaches a point it needs to work, it goes to work pumping water. In the event both pumps fail or a power outage happens, the UltraSump Battery Back Up gets the job done.
Maintenance is recommended to inspect the pumps routinely by our service team to ensure to protect your investment in this system to find problems before they find you. Pumps have a warranty, however they do require replacement over time,

Repairing a foundation wall crack with our FlexiSpan crack repair system seals the crack and provides a built-in secondary repair strategy in case the seal fails.
First a small drywell is developed into the floor under the crack, then we seal the crack with a urethane-based sealant. Lastly a special polyurethane foam strip is applied over the first seal. The foam strip is set up so water from within and behind it can drain into the drywell installed.
Now your wall crack is sealed, and if any water ever gets past the seal, it drains down into the drywell.
