Shannon's father, Glen, was helping his daughter determine an effective fix for the block foundation wall in her home.
Shannon was referred to Complete Basement Systems by a friend who is an engineer and architect. Glen stopped by our office in Mankato, MN to check out the company and talk over a solution for the problem at Shannon's home.
Glen came in with photo's of the block wall and our Appointment Center Representative scheduled an appointment with a System design specialist, Ryan Brenner, to meet at the home. Ryan took some measurements and determined a PowerBrace I-Beam system that will support the foundation wall from further movement to stabilize it against harsh Minnesota weather.
Ryan was able to schedule an installation for Shannon. Our crew Leader, Lewis arrived on-time. First, he met with Shannon to do a walk through of the project together to address any of her concerns before getting started. The project Lewis completed was done in one day.
Upon the completion of the project, Lewis and Shannon, together walked through what was done and discussed the proper maintenance recommended going forward, tightening instructions, etc.
