Having lived in this home for over 6 years, they figured it was time to look into a professional on how to address their concern. The owners never go into this area, not many homeowners do naturally go into their crawl space like they do a basement. Most common this is concern during the winter months, especially winter in Minnesota when its cold and we notice those cold drafty areas in our home. After meeting with a system design specialist to determine the best solution to accomplish their goals, our installation crew was ready to transform this homeowners crawl space into a safer, dryer and warmer enviornment.

The CleanSpace Liner system is a 20 mil poly that is placed on the floor of the crawl space on top of drainage matting. The liner is like a pool type liner. Very thick and tough to rip.

The crawl space transformation begins

The project begins by placing drainage matting on the crawl space floor. This will enhance the durability of the CleanSpace Liner that is used to complete the encapsulation of the area.
