Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Dry and Updated Basement in Lake Elmo, MN

These homeowners called us to come take a look at their basement which was getting wet during heavy rains. They also had some old windows that were not helping the situation. We sent out our Design Specialist to see what we could do to help. After the inspection, it was decided that we would install our WaterGuard Drain System, CleanSpace Wall System, a SuperSump sump pump and our Everlast Windows.These products all work together to prevent water from invading the basement in the future.

WaterGuard Installation

This picture shows the WaterGuard being installed. This is after the team jackhammered the trench out, but before they poured the concrete on top to create a flush, even surface.

SuperSump for Double Protection

This is the SuperSump after installation. Notice the airtight lid that is flush to the floor. This keeps things clean and neat. Nothing can fall into the hole and cause issues, and the flush top allows for easy cleaning as well as making it easy to stack items on so you don't lose any storage space!
