Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard and Egress Window in Progress!

Today I visited some of our crew in New Richland, MN where they were working hard on a farm home installing a WaterGuard system and a Rockwell Egress window. I hadn't seen "in progress" photos before so I decided to go check out a waterproofing job myself to better understand the process and so that you, as a potential customer of ours can see what goes on behind the scenes.

The crew jackhammers away the concrete on the edges and then removes most of the crud before laying down the WaterGuard system.

Our crew works hard to install the WaterGuard and makes sure it is done correctly and will work efficiently.

Here's a photo of what the WaterGuard looks like sitting right down in the trench the crew had opened up. Once it's all finished, any water that comes in will drain straight to the sump pump.

This is how the crew cuts the WaterGuard to fit in each corner so that it will drain flawlessly around every inch of the basement.

The WaterGuard is cut precisely to fit the corners and wrap around the entire basement.

You can easily see how the WaterGuard fits into the basement floor and will soon drain water right to the sump pump

Again, here is a view from the top of the WaterGuard that was just placed into the basement trench made by our crew members.

The WaterGuard drainage system fits easily under basement walls to entirely wrap around the perimeter of the basement.

Rockwell Egress Window

Here's what the Rockwell Egress window looks like before it's installed. Notice how it has a convenient step on the inside for easy access as a fire escape or for cleaning purposes.
