Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Installation in Glencoe, MN

This rental house in Glencoe, MN needed waterproofing in the basement to make for a dry, livable and safe space for future renters.  Having worked with Complete Basement Systems in the past correcting their foundation walls, they had contacted us for help with this issue. Patty met with Nate Barke to inspect the water problem.  He designed a solution to collect the water and channel it properly into an efficient sump pump system.  The installation team installed a WaterGuard perimeter system along the walls.  The homeowners had to remove some finished walls in order to effectively install the system.  The installed a new SuperSump Pump System that will collect the water and pump to the outside.  We completed the foundation wall system by adding more PowerBrace beams to other walls that showed signs of movement at the inspection. Overall, our customers are greatful for the quick turn around service from Nate and the Installation team with getting this project done in a timely manner that kept within their timeline.
