Nasty Sump Pump
This old sump pump posed many problems for this homeowner including inefficiency, health concerns (open sump pumps release radon gases into homes), and downright ugliness!

Prep Work before Basement Waterproofing
Before installing the waterproofing system, our Production Team had to remove part of the wall to ensure proper installation, and to remove any damp parts in the wall that would eventually produce mold.
WaterGuard System
After jackhammering around the perimeter of the space, the Production Team installed our WaterGuard system, which allows the water to flow freely to the sump pump and out of the home.
Drainage Matting
To help water flow to the sump pump in the crawlspace, the Production Team installed drainage matting.
Finished Waterproofing System
After installing the WaterGuard, the Production Team covered everything with cement so that the homeowner's space is dry, livable, and safe!
