Selling a home with a wet basement wasn't moving along as fast as they had hoped. Realizing its what needed to be done to sell their home, they made this basement dry, livable and safe for the new homeowners.
Nate Barke, our System Design Specialist, met with the couple to inspect the problem at the home and designed a solution that included a perimeter waterproofing system and sump pump installation.

Installing a Permanent Waterproofing Solution
Installing our patented WaterGuard system to collect water that finds its way in through the floor and wall joint is installed at the footing of the home after breaking open the floor around the perimeter using a jackhammer.
Finishing Touches Making Basements Dry, Livable and Safe
New concrete is poured over the WaterGuard System and will drain into a SuperSump Pump System and will discharge water outside into a buried underground pipe line.
