When it rains, Steve & Brenda P. of Woodstock would experience water in the basement.  The home had been in the family and was never a problem before, but until recently, it seemed to always happen no matter the amount of rain.  After contacting a professional company who specialized in this type of work, an appointment for a FREE estimate was scheduled for Steve and Brenda.   During the inspection at their home, the problem was happening in a finished part of their home in the basement, which was also near an egress window.  The egress window would fill up with water and did not have any where for that water to go and water was finding its way behind their finished wall.    A solution was shown to them on how our company can solve the water problem.  Our installation crew will install WaterGuard, which is a perimeter waterproofing system that will collect any ground water entering the foundation at the floor and wall joint.  A WellDuct Window Well Drainage System was also installed to collect water filling up in their egress window well and any water coming through that entry point, will drain into the WaterGuard perimeter system.  The WaterGuard system drains into a sump pump basket.
