This Lauderdale homeowner wanted to list her home for sale but knew that she wouldn't get top dollar with a leaky basement. She worked with System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner to design a system that prevented any moisture from entering the home. Sump Pump Installation

The SuperSump sump pump was installed to collect and remove all moisture from the home. As an added bonus, this sump pump is fully encapsulated so that no gases or moisture can escape into the basement.

Installation Progress

After installing CleanSpace, the wall vapor barrier, the crew tied it directly into the waterproofing system so that all moisture will be removed from the space.

Installing the Waterproofing System

The crew installed WaterGuard, our patented waterproofing system.

Making Progress

Once the crew installed the waterproofing system, they placed small rock overtop it to prevent any debris from entering the system.

Sump Pump Complete

The crew completed the sump pump installation and poured concrete around it.

Concrete Work

After completing the installation of the waterproofing system, the crew replaced the concrete over the system so that the homeowner can finish the floors to her preference.

Buried Discharge Line

Instead of cumbersome discharge lines that get in the way, the crew buried the line so that it is completely hassle free.

Final Walkthrough

After replacing the concrete over the waterproofing system, Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr completed a final walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure that she was comfortable with how the system worked.
