Getting to work
The crew used a jackhammer to remove concrete around the perimeter of the space in preparation for the waterproofing installation.
Creating Weep Holes
Weep holes were added along the perimeter of the space to create a path for water to enter into the waterproofing system.
After: Safe & Dry Basement
After finishing the concrete work, Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr did a final walkthrough with the homeowner to show her the system and ensure that she was fully satisfied with the end result.
Installing the Sump Pump
The patented SuperSump sump pump was installed, which will work to remove all collected moisture from the home through an exterior discharge line.
WaterGuard
The crew installed WaterGuard, the waterproofing system, around the perimeter of the space.
Ready for Concrete
After fully installing the waterproofing system, the crew prepared the space for final concrete work.

Now, the homeowner can safely finish the space or use it for storage!
