Challenge

The owner of this home had intentions of turning it into a rental property. He wanted to make sure that the basement would stay dry, and the home stay safe for any potential renters. When our Design Specialist arrived at the house, he could tell immediately that there was evidence of water intrusion through the block walls that would need to be taken care of.

Solution
