This homeowner called us with a flooded basement. When our Design Specialist arrived there was about one foot of water on the floor. As you can see in the pictures, they had many appliances using electricity down there. We needed to get the water out quickly and carefully as well as prevent this from happening again!
Solution
We carefully removed the standing water from the basement. Our Design Specialist then identified where the issues were that were allowing the water to get in. He recommended a full perimeter WaterGuard System, a CleanSpace Wall System and the World's Most Reliable Pumping System, the TripleSafe sump pump to prevent future water intrusion.
Project Summary
Design Specialist: Rob L
Project Foreman: Ben H
This is when our team first arrived. There is about 1 foot of standing water throughout the entire basement.
Here is another angle that shows how much water there is. This kind of water damage can cause major structural issues if not remedied.
In this photo, you can see we had removed much of the water. This is when we start preparing to install the recommended waterproofing system. We first clean up and remove any debris.
Here we have completed the WaterGuard system around the perimeter. You can barely tell it's there when finished. In the corner is our top of the line TripleSafe Sump Pump. This is a 3 pump system that consists of a main pump, a back up pump that will run if the main pump fails, or cannot keep up with the water flow, and a 3rd battery back up pump that will operate via battery in case of power outage.
In this photo, you can again see the CleanSpace Wall System, which is the white barrier. This prevents any water vapor from permeating the walls and drain wall leaks.
We can work around most of your structural and major appliances to install our systems. This can include water heaters, water softeners or furnaces. This full waterproofing system will protect this basement and all it's contents from getting wet in the future.
