Waterproofing Morgan, MN Public Library
Challenge
Previous customers of Complete Basement Systems, the Morgan Public Library experienced water intrusion in a different area in the lower level of the library.
During a routine maintenance on the sump pump system installed, we inspected the problem areas and determined to finish the WaterGuard system previously installed and addressing the walls to prevent water seepage as well.
The maintenance director needed to demo the space for proper installation and needed a quick turn around time to open the space back up for the public sooner rather than later.
Always strving for customer satisfaction, Complete Basement Systems was up for the challenge to make this all happen in a reasonable timeline for both the Morgan Library staff and guests to get back to business as usual for all.
Solution
When the lower level was first waterproofed the problem we are addressing here, had never had any water intrusion. What happens over time, is that the same reason the other part of a basement or lower level leak, can in fact happen in another area, sometimes years later.
Its always recommended to do a full perimeter waterproofing system to ensure a dry, livable space. Doing a complete system saves everyone time, money and work with all the preparations and post installation rebuilding. Our customers understood that and we always hear "I wish we did this the first time".

Complete Basement Systems installation team got to work and completed the WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the library's lower level. The maintenance team at the library did fantastic demolition to ensure an efficient installation.
