Basement Waterproofing in White Bear Lake, MN
Challenge
The First Church of Christ Scientist located in White Bear Lake, MN had been having on-going water seepage coming into the lower level of the church each time we got a hard rain. The lower level is used as a learning center and the water would find its way throughout the whole foundation.
A contact with the church found our company online and reached out to a professional that works to fix these problems. The church was unable to use the space for the children's learning center until this problem was resolved. They gave us a call at Complete Basement Systems and we turned their learning center into a healthy, dry space.
Solution
After a free, no obligation estimate with our certified system design specialist, we were ready to transform this wet, damp space into a safer space for the children and teachers. We wanted to make sure to protect this for them for years to come and this required installing our industry leading waterproofing products.
This area of the church was a finished space, and for proper installation some demo of the walls was required to install the system to work effectively.
First, our installation crew installed a new SuperSump premier sump pump system. It offers an effective solution to your wet basement problems. It also included our UltraSump Battery Back Up system to ensure operations work should a pump fail or loss of power occurs.
Secondly, our WaterGuard Drainage System was also installed. This product will channel any water that enters the home into its piping, into the sump pump, then outside. It is installed out of the "mud zone", where mud under the floor can potentially clog the perimeter. This way it won't be blocked like other traditional below systems would.
