Mankato homeowners had noticed that one of their exterior walls was bowing and allowing moisture into the home. They worked with System Design Specialist Dylan Woitas to build a permanent solution that addressed both the foundation and water issues. Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr and his team worked diligently to ensure that the system was installed properly so that these homeowners can rest assured that their home is now safe for their family!

Connecting to the Sump Pump

The entire system ties into the sump pump, which removes all moisture from the space.

CleanSpace Installation

The crew worked to install CleanSpace, a wall vapor barrier which will prevent any moisture from entering the home through the walls.

Making Progress

As the crew finished the CleanSpace installation, they prepared the space for the installation of the wall braces.

PowerBrace Installation

PowerBraces, our wall bracing system, work to move the foundation back to its original state over time.

The Impact

As the crew installed the PowerBraces, the foundation issue became even more obvious.

Concrete Work

The crew replaced the concrete over the waterproofing system.

Final View

With the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, WaterGuard waterproofing system, and PowerBrace wall bracing system, this homeowner is now fully protected from foundation and moisture issues!

Finished Product

After the waterproofing system was installed, the crew replaced the concrete around the perimeter of the space so that the homeowners can finish the floor to their preferences.
