The system we had installed was just in the nick of time. Our old pump finally died. After Complete Basement Systems finished the install 4 days later our area received over 3 inches of rain on a Monday. Tuesday another 2 inches and our NEW system never missed a beat.
Ryan Brenner was very professional and understood our needs.
Our Foreman was Blake. He was very professional. The crew did a FANTASTIC job of the install. Very impressed with the dedication to completely satisfy the customer.
As the homeowner there was nothing left for us to do. Blake and his helper did everything for us.
