As the owner of two homes, I can say that the experience I have had with Complete Basement Systems is right at the top of all home project companies I have worked with in 35 years. I give you an A+.
Everyone in the company has been very professional and very responsive. I was very pleased with the final outcome of the crawlspace encapsulation.
Great follow up and I was well informed regarding the install team arrival, time needed to complete the project, billing, and next steps.
Sales rep was very knowledgeable of the products and the processes needed to complete the job. The rep was also very professional and was able to accurately assess the problems that I was experiencing and providing a solution that would correct the problems we were having in our cabin.
The installation crew was on time for the project,and they communicated with me as to their arrival time, the time needed to complete the project, informing me of the install process and providing me with details of the encapsulation process and what to expect regarding follow up after the job was complete. I am very please with the job that was done and my crawlspace now has a humidity level below 50% from a pre-install humidity in the 80% range. The crew was very knowledgeable and great to work with.
The crawlspace is extremely clean and dry. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the work space as well as putting down water proof runners that protected the floors in the cabin from outdoors to the crawlspace.

I met with 3 different companies to provide me with a solution to my crawlspace water issues. The sales person at Complete Basement Systems was the most thorough in providing information and details regarding the costs for the entire project. He was extremely responsive and proactively followed up with me as I evaluated all of the bids. The costs for each of the bids were very similar, and CBS was not the least costly, it was the most detailed regarding what would be delivered.
