We were very pleased with the courteous, professional sales staff as well as the on-site workers.
Gene was very thorough. I bombarded him with many questions and he was always eager to assist and address my questions and concerns. Out of multiple quotes, Gene was the only salesperson that noticed the basement was slanted toward one of the corners. His attention to detail sold me.
The foreman, Robert, was very friendly and walked us through everything. He was careful to validate direction before performing work and he made a point of giving us progress updates.
The crew left the basement in better shape than it was when they started. Couldn't be happier!
