I gave this a 4. They guys were all great and friendly but we felt that the concrete could have been laid a little better. Since we were going to lay tile where it had been removed they could have taken a bit more time to level and smooth out the surface. Also we had plumbing moved where a beam was supposed to go but they put the beam in the middle of a window and not near the plumbing.
