Trustworthy. No sarcastic, BS sales pitch. Compared bid components to competition and spent time explaining why things were different....why some cost more, some cost less, and why he bid (or didn't bid) items in comparison to other bids. Everything was efficient and timely...and everyone was friendly and courteous.
