Felt like the salesperson really listed to us, heard our needs and concerns and really thought through the solution to our water problem.
Hands down, 5 stars. The crew arrived on time, laid down plastic on the floors, put up plastic barriers in an effort to help contain the dust, made sure our furnace was off and all in all, completed the work in 1 DAY!!
The crew cleaned up extremely well! Left no excess supplies or materials anywhere. Extremely pleased.
What made you choose our company:
Honestly, we had a couple different companies quote the work that needed to take place for our basement. We wanted to get the basement dry and wanted the work to be done well and in a timely manner for the best price. When Victor Barke's came out, the salesman listened to us and heard our needs, looked at our space, measured, presented options and came up with a plan. We felt that the Salesman had a good grasp on our situation and we liked the plan that he came up with. We ultimately chose Victor Barke's Complete Basement Systems company over the other due to the care, time and effort that was put into our home and the work from the very first meeting.
