I came to the Home and Self Improvement Show in New Ulm, MN and talked about getting an estimate for my basement. Your sales staff was quick to call and schedule a time, even though this year (2019) was a busy year for wet basements. Overall from start to finish, I found your people to be professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and were great about answering questions.
Very professional, knew how to measure and mark my basement. Logan Jacobs knew what he was talking about and was very knowledge about the whole sump pump process and the technical aspects. Also your company seems to be a low pressure sales company so I felt that I wasn't being pressured into making a decision.
The guys were very polite, and I appreciated having a walk-through before starting to make sure we were all the on the same page. They worked hard and the work done seems great.
Great job on cleanup, no mess left behind.

I've known other people that have had services with your company and they were all very pleased with your work. Also, even though it's been a busy year with wet basements you guys got back to me quickly and we were able to arrange an estimate in a good time frame.
