Excellent company. We were dreading the project but everyone seemed to know their job and could answer questions. I did wish that I had a longer conversation after the project was completed to get answers to a few questions.
It sometimes took awhile to get phone responses from sales person or crew manager (the person in the latter role changed a couple of times before the work started).
Excellent. Victor was calm, reassuring, very knowledgeable, very responsive to our concerns--even while he was undergoing some medical procedures.
Very friendly, responsive, hard-working. Cody was an able leader and his crew (Matt, Ashley, et al) were super.mThey were scheduled for a three-day job; finished in two days. Minimized the amount of restoration work we will need.
Inevitably, there's a lot of dust, but the crew took reasonable precautions to protect furniture and other areas.

Victor Barke really sold us--along with promotional materials and on-line recommendations. We talked with friends who had been customers and they were very satisfied. Our real estate agent (who will eventually be selling the house) strongly recommended CB based on Victor's reputation in town. The life-time warranty was a crucial selling point.
The production crew left the place cleaner than they found it! Everyone was super professional...
