Polite. Arrived and got right to work. Appeared to be efficient; knew their roles.
I was amazed at the meticulous clean-up indoors and outdoors. If it were not for changes made in the basement, it would be next to impossible to know that any work had even been done. Amazing!
What made you choose our company:
I believe my husband used CB years ago. It is nearby. The website indicated that CB was perhaps the right business to chose for my basement issues. CB does a fine job with providing complete information on what will actually occur. When an unexpected problem arose the following day after the work was completed, CB was committed to following through with phone calls to me to insure there was resolution to the problem.
