I appreciate the focus to make the customer happy. We had a little hiccup during install and I have to say that it was made right. I am very happy that I was home to catch this. "would you hire us again?" The answer is more maybe. I would appreciate a written quote with the best price over a 'take the discount now' approach.
Somewhat pushy sales tactic and I have a question regarding the install that has not been returned.
Very nice staff and they answered all my questions.
I like how we got right to the point of why I called for a quote. However, there were some communication issues.

Price was competitive with other quotes, I also liked how the sales presentation was straight to the point of the work I was looking to get done.
