I've found CBS' installation to stand up to its advertising. Neither my daughter, nor I, have had A DROP of water in our basements--knock on wood--since our installations. That says a lot, as our neighborhood has had several experiences of very heavy rains and numerous basements took on water.
I've done business with CBS for more than a decade. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their attention to customer service is unparallelled.
Telephone conversations with CBS are always of the highest standards of professionalism. Staff is cordial, knowledgeable and give excellent follow-through.
Sales staff is extremely knowledgeable about all CBS's products. What staff might not know is researched and results communicated back to me.

First learned about CBS from their booth at a home fair in Rochester, MN. I left notice that I'd like to learn more about it. Amazingly, someone from CBS contacted me, within two weeks. The salesperson, Dan Malsch, made a really good sales "pitch". Then, he followed through to ensure that everything was being done as it should be. He, personally, was on the scene during installation.
