VERY knowledgeable crew. I interrupted several times to take pictures and ask questions. Each question was answered promptly and Luke would go into detail explaining how or why something was installed the way it was. Really helped me understand the products better and allowed me to explain all this to my wife if she had questions. I give kudos to their new guy, Charles. I was told he was a new hire and that man was hauling buckets of rock in and out of my house, and even was mixing concrete in the rain to keep the project moving along. I told him thanks. I believe Charles was a trooper for doing all that grunt work. Very nice guy as well.
The one thing I really enjoyed most with the cleanup crew was this: I recently had new concrete poured for my driveway about a month before this basement job. I let Luke and his crew know about that. What they did was put a box under their truck to keep any fluids like oil or coolant from dripping on my new concrete. I did not expect that, but absolutely LOVED the fact they did that!
What made you choose our company:
We had called in the past (2011) for estimates on waterproofing, but outside circumstances made us cancel the plans. Now we had to get this done and called Complete Basements Systems again for a new estimate. We did contact other basement businesses in the area. Although CBS had more expensive estimates, my wife and I decided CBS was the choice based on presentation, products to complete the job, and the lifetime warranty. Other places did not offer the ice block system, battery backup sump pumps or even a drain in the egress window. Complete Basement Systems has a much more diverse product line to make certain my basement is clean and dry once and for all.
We have purchased previous products and have been satisfied with the performance.
