Everyone we dealt with at Complete Basement Systems were so easy to work with. From the sales to the crew, they all worked hard to help us understand the job they were doing.
Ryan was great. He showed us all our options, but never threw around big words and didn't pressure us about anything. A HUGE PLUS ! My husband told Ryan how much he liked his hat (the guy with the jackhammer) a few days later a hat arrived in the mail. Very Cool !
Great! Very hard working! When our crew arrived, I didn't know what to expect. I knew they were going to demo the walls and put the braces up. Luke was very friendly and patient with all my questions. I felt completely comfortable with them in my house. I was surprised how fast and efficient they worked. When they were done, Luke was again patient with me while I understood what we had to do next. Luke even took a phone call from my husband that night, who had a few questions of his own.
WOW! It was almost cleaner when they left than when they started.
What made you choose our company:
Not sure really, but so happy we did! Just seemed to make the most sense.
