New Sump Pump in Closet
Here's a photo of the new sump pump being installed in a closet which is located on the opposite side of the old sump pump. The homeowner's basement will now be protected with multiple sump pumps.
WaterGuard installed in basement bedroom
Here's a photo of the WaterGuard trench being cleaned out in one of the bedrooms of this home.
Trench for WaterGuard
The trench where the WaterGuard will lay is clean and ready for the WaterGuard to be installed.
Buckets of Rock
This rock will assist the WaterGuard in draining water to the Sump Pump and once the WaterGuard and rock is laid, concrete will seal the floor back to its original form.
Sump Pump #1
Here's the existing Sump Pump that we had installed a while back. This basement is large enough that it needed two!
WaterGuard trench passes right under walls
The WaterGuard, once installed, will fit perfectly underneath walls or doorframes to drain every single part of the basement.
Cleaned out trench
This view, from under a doorframe, shows how the WaterGuard will fit nicely underneath.
Crew and CleanSpace
Our guys were working hard to put up the CleanSpace system on the bottom half of these walls.
CleanSpace; bright and shiny!
The crew was working on cutting and attaching the CleanSpace system to these basement walls.
In between the walls
Here's another photo before the CleanSpace will be installed. You cann see what a flawless fit this will be!
CleanSpace Shine
The guys are working on fitting the CleanSpace to the bottom half of these basement walls. They make sure there are minimal wrinkles and it fits tight to the wall. This will help protect the wall against any organic material growth.
CleanSpace in the corner
This is how the CleanSpace is folded to fit the corners of walls nicely before WaterGuard, rock, and concrete can be put on top.
Trench view to wall
This bedroom curved a little, but that won't stop our crew from fitting the WaterGuard in there just right.
Contents of new sump pump
This will soon be a brand-new working sump pump.
Drilling holes in foundation
The guys drilled holes into the foundation so that once the WaterGuard is installed, the water can drain right into it from the foundation instead of creating more water problems down the road.
CleanSpace measurements
The guys measure out the amount of CleanSpace they'll need for this piece of wall, then cut out for any outlets or wires that might need to pass through the CleanSpace.
