Photo Album: Basement Makeover in Ortonville, MN

Our Ortonville, MN customer had lived in her home for 5 years and began to notice a water problem in her finished basement a couple years later.  She planned to stay in the home for many years and wanted to enjoy a dry finished basement. Complete Basement Systems scheduled a free estimate with our customer after contacting our company online.  An inspection was performed with our system design specialist to diagnoise the problem and determine a permanent solution.   The problem was determined that water was entering the floor wall joint area and the existing draintile installed in the home had clogged.  The existing sump pump was not a well equipped system to properly handle the amount of water flowing in.   The solution involved installing an interior draintile system, wall system, new sump pump system, dehumidification and basement flooring as well as new basement windows.  Our customer now has the peace of mind that her basement will be free from ground water seepage with the WaterGuard Drainage System and top of the line sump pump system and the finishing products to accomplish her goal of enjoying a dry finished basement.
