Complete Basement Systems installs sump pump systems along with complete waterproofing systems for homeowners. Our customer in St James, MN had a TripleSafe sump system installed in April 2011.
We have an annual maintenance program to inspect and maintain the sump pump systems installed to ensure we find any potential problems before they find the customer. The system is an investment and we just want to protect that investment.
Post installation, your sump pump will run as needed and sometimes it may not run, but your sump pump motor sits in dirty, mineral filled water potentially clogging breather holes and components inside to keep it from operating effectively.
The service is recommended every 12-15 months.
Before Sump Service
Our technician opens the lid to access the components inside. You can see the dirty water built up in the basket since the last service nearly 2 years ago.
Clean Sump Basket Liner
Our service technicians remove and clean all the components inside the basket and scrub clean the sump liner from silt and mud.
After Sump Service
A completed annual maintenance. Our customer now has a clean basket liner free of mud and other unpleasant items we occasionally find lurking inside.
