Photo Album: Waterproofing Installation in Austin, MN

Our customer Greg & Amber had a finished basement and were getting water leaking into the basement in certain areas.  To ensure the homeowners goal of keeping the basement dry ALL the time, the project involved demo of the finishing areas to properly install a complete waterproofing system. The system design included a perimeter WaterGuard system along the perimeter of the home and installing a vapor barrier on the walls called CleanSpace, which is designed to protect the walls when they refinish the basement.  We also designed a sump pump system called the TripleSafe.  The TripleSafe is a pumping system with 3 pumps in 1, inluding a battery operated back up which can pump up to 11,500 gallons per hour on a fully charged battery.
