Our customer in Bloomington, MN was experiencing water seepage along the wall of their finished basement and had no sump pump system installed. Our certified waterproofing professional designed a solution to accomplish collecting water at the point of entry where the floor meets the wall, using WaterGuard and that water would flow to a newly installed SuperSump pump system. A discharge line is then installed to divert the water away from the home.

Homeowners have some preparations to do before our installation crew arrives. Items need to be removed approx 4' from the walls and paneling and sheet rock need to be removed to properly install our waterproofing system.

Our installation crew uses a jack hammer to cut out the concrete floor along the perimeter. Rock is then added.

Our installation crew installing a SuperSump pump system, also connected to our WaterGuard drainage system.

Waterproofing Finished Product

CleanSpace wall system was installed on the walls to prevent any wall leaks, WaterGuard installed along the floor and new concrete is poured and a new SuperSump pump system installed to collect water coming into the basement.
