While they have lived in their home for over 20 years, homeowners in Northfield, MN experienced water intrustion for the first time.  Our system design specialist met with the homeowners and designed a permanent solution to ensure their basement stays dry for years to come. During this particular project we were faced with a wood foundation and our experienced team installed our patented WaterGuard System to collect water entering the basement along the floor and wall.  We also installed a CompleteAire dehumidification system to prevent mold and odors in the basement.
