After having a previously installed basement waterproofing system fail, these Chatfield homeowners were looking for a permanent solution to provide a dry basement space that they could also safely use for additional living and storage space. They worked with System Design Specialist Rob Larson to design a full perimeter waterproofing system along with a wall vapor barrier so that the space is now ready to be finished or used for storage!

WaterGuard

The WaterGuard waterproofing system works to collect all moisture and deliver it to the sump pump.

CleanSpace Installation

The crew worked diligently to install CleanSpace, a wall vapor barrier which prevents any moisture from entering the space through the basement walls.

Sump Pump Installation

Rodney and his crew worked to install the TripleSafe sump pump system, which works to remove all moisture from the home, and is fully encapsulated which means that no moisture or gases can be released from the system.

Ready for Concrete Work

Once the crew installed the waterproofing system, they prepared the system to have concrete replaced overtop so that the homeowner can finish the floors to preference.

After completing the concrete work, Rodney walked the homeowners through the basement space, ensuring that they were comfortable with the finished system!
