Faribault homeowners had been struggling with a basement that had everything from moisture and mildew problems to bowing walls. They were ready to find a permanent solution that provided the safety and security they needed to continue happily living in the home. System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner worked one-on-one with the couple to design a solution that met their needs, and Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr led his team to ensure that the system was installed properly.

Sump Pump Installation

The crew worked to install the sump pump and tie in the waterproofing system so that it can efficiently remove moisture from the home.

PowerBrace System

The PowerBrace wall bracing system will work to move the foundation back into place, and will support the foundation so that the homeowners no longer have to worry about bowing walls.

Crawl Space Makeover

With CleanSpace wall vapor barrier and a sump pump, this crawlspace is not only safe, but can also provide additional storage for the homeowners.

After: Safe & Dry Basement

After installing the waterproofing system and wall vapor barrier, the crew replaced the concrete around the perimeter so that the homeowners can choose to finish the basement or use it for additional storage.

SuperSump Install Complete

Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr checked to make sure that the fully encapsulated sump pump worked properly, and walked the homeowners through their finished project so that they are comfortable and confident in their new system.
