Victor Barke

Victor is the driving force behind Complete Basement Systems! An industry veteran since 1975, he shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.

He loves to help people; plain and simple. Whether it is a new customer that has an unhealthy basement, a crew member that has an interesting installation or a new employee that is trying to find their way, Victor is there with support and a tidbit of wisdom.

In his spare time, Victor enjoys camping, riding 4-wheelers and motorcycles with his wife, Kathy and their group of good friends. He is also keeps busy with his grandchildren.
